Our venture into making pepper jellies started 10 years ago with the passing down of our great-grandparents' small farmhouse and enough rich farmland to grow our lush vibrant gardens. We are located in Lone Pine, LA, which happens to be near Forest Hill, LA, "The Nursery Capital of the World", which has been a fantastic advantage for us. Our fresh (pesticide-free) vegetables are grown naturally, year-round.
We have dedicated two special gardens for the growth of our pepper plants. We especially raise Jalapeño, Habanero, and Serrano for our assorted jellies. Our strawberry pepper jelly is made using locally-grown strawberries. Our pecans are harvested from our own hundred-year-old Pecan trees.
Having two French Bulldogs, Jolie Blanc (Jo Jo) and Rocco, running the farm gave us the perfect name, BULLDOG PEPPER JELLY "The jelly with a BITE!!!".
