Granted it is the holiday season, but it took over a week to ship out the order. Now according to when I received this survey, it has been 14 days since the order was fulfilled and the tracking still says its in Louisiana awaiting shipment. I have heard good things about the pepper jelly and would love to update with an actual review of the product; but so far I have been disappointed with the order.
