We want our jellies to reflect the love of our land and the work of our hands bringing to you a heartwarming, quality pepper jelly. We are blessed to do what we love to do everyday!
We raise Jalapeño, Habanero and Serrano for our assorted jellies. Our strawberry pepper jelly is made using locally-grown strawberries. Our pecans are harvested from our own hundred-year-old Pecan trees. Having two French Bulldogs, Jolie Blanc (Jo Jo) and Rocco, running the farm gave us the perfect name, Bulldog Pepper Jelly "The Jelly with a Bite!"
I discover this pepper jelly as part of a Cajun crate shipment. I ordered a sample of all the flavors and could easily become "addicted" Wonderful combination of flavor!
We received the first jar as a gift and now ordered 2 more. It is that good! Good spiciness. Recieved the order pretty quickly.

I love pecans. I put them on pizza. I use them instead of pine nuts when I make pesto. I just love them.

I had a taste of these at Mistletoe Marketplace a few years ago and I’ve been ordering them ever since. My favorite jellies. I usually get the pecan, jalapeño, and roasted garlic but the roasted garlic is my fav! All are yummy! Perfect for charcuterie boards!
Riding motorcycles through the swamps of Louisiana and found this wonderful concoction of sweet, hot, and deliciousness. I'm hooked!

We tried this with a charcuterie board and had to have more! This is our favorite but was so sad to see it wasn’t in store here in Kentucky!
